Smallmouth Prespawn River Fishing

We are at the beginning of spring and its time to think about smallmouth prespawn fishing. The smallmouth are getting ready to move out of their wintering locations. The beginning and ends of these wintering pools are where the fish are going to be before they head out to look for spawning grounds.
