Merry Fishmas Giveaway

Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility
The “Merry Fishmas Giveaway” (the “Giveaway”) is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees of Everything Smallmouth, their affiliates, advertising agencies, and any other organizations associated with the administration of the Giveaway, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.

2. Giveaway Period
The Giveaway begins at 12:00 AM EST on November 7, 2024, and ends at 11:59 PM EST on December 10, 2024 (the “Giveaway Period”).

3. How to Enter
To enter, visit https://everything-smallmouth.com/merry-fishmas-giveaway during the Giveaway Period and complete the entry form by providing your first and last name, state of residence, and email address, and agreeing to these Terms & Conditions. Only one entry per person is allowed.

4. Consent to Marketing Communications
By entering the Giveaway, participants consent to receive marketing communications from Everything Smallmouth and their affiliated partners and advertisers. Participants may opt out of these communications at any time following the instructions provided in any such communication.

5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive the following prize package:
– One (1) Garmin GPSMAP 1022 Chartplotter (10” model)
– One (1) Garmin Livescope Plus System with GLS 10 & LVS34

The total approximate retail value of the prize package is $2,999. The prize is non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equal or greater value if the prize is unavailable for any reason.

6. Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on or about December 11, 2024. The selected winner will be notified via the email address provided at entry. The winner must respond within ten (10) days of the notification date to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond within this time frame, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner will be selected.

7. Publicity Release
Except where prohibited, participation in the Giveaway constitutes the winner’s consent to Everything Smallmouth and its affiliates’ use of the winner’s name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.

8. Limitation of Liability
By entering the Giveaway, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Everything Smallmouth, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers, and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim, or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from (i) such entrant’s participation in the Giveaway and/or their acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof; (ii) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Giveaway; (iii) electronic or human error in the administration of the Giveaway or the processing of entries.

9. General Conditions
Everything Smallmouth reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway, as determined by Everything Smallmouth in its sole discretion.

10. Governing Law
The Giveaway is governed by the laws of the United States. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited.

11. Sponsor

12. Privacy
Personal information collected from entrants will be used for the purpose of administering the Giveaway and in accordance with Everything Smallmouth’s privacy policy.
