No fishing license required in Kentucky and Indiana on Free Fishing Days! Great opportunity to get the kids out without having to worry about a fine frome your handy-dandy game commission.

The Kentucky Department of Fish and Wildlife Resources and the Indiana Department of Natural Resources will offer free fishing days in those states on Saturday and Sunday. No licenses will be required to fish on that weekend.Indiana’s free fishing days are only for state residents, while Kentucky’s are for all anglers. Size and creel limits and other regulations remain in effect. Source
