Fishing the Hocking River for smallmouth bass, here’s some impressive smallmouth knowledge from a young gentleman who is making the best of what he’s got access to on the Hocking River in southern Ohio.

With new rain and looking at the forage, it can help guide you to what approach to take in fishing.  You have to adjust your weight to account for the current.

I love these home made videos. The days of the big celebs teaching is over. Great job my man, keep on catching those smallmouths!

When fishing the Hocking River for smallmouth bass, you need to use the same principles that you would use in any river in the country.

My soon to be step dad owns the hocking hills canoe livery! Great fishing out there on the hocking river, I’ve been doing really good here lately with a rebel crawl. It’s a blast fishing that river

Have you fished it recently? I made this video and just moved down here and was wondering how the fishing has been. We actually took that canoe out from the Hocking Hills Livery
